Smash Republic started in 2019 with a 400-square-foot kitchen, one flat-top grill, and a single belief: the smash burger is the pinnacle of burger craft, and nobody was doing it right.
We source our beef from a single ranch in Montana. Our buns are baked fresh every morning at a local bakery. Our sauces are made in-house daily. Every ingredient is chosen because it earns its place, not because it fills a line item.
Three locations later, the philosophy has not changed. We still smash every patty by hand. We still refuse to use freezers. And we still believe the best burger is the one made right in front of you.
